The hot spot is where the mercury rises above the normal.
That means the heat can reach 120 degrees.
In that range, it’s possible to lose consciousness and become unconscious.
The best bet is to keep your body cool and cool.
You can use a cool mask, and it might be worth it to wear one while cooling off.
If you are already sweating, you might want to wear an undershirt or some kind of cover to keep you from overheating.
Be aware that it’s hot out and that you can’t just let your body go to sleep and then come back in the morning and feel better.
That is not the best approach.
It’s better to take the heat off and have a shower and cool off for a few minutes.
Get to your destination before the sun sets.
It may be more comfortable to drive, but there are worse things than to be stranded on a highway and the only way to do that is to drive on a hot, icy road.
It could be the worst thing you could ever do.
